Autoclave trays for syringe nestsThe cassettes attach to the SCF HypacTM syringe nests and allow the syringes to be placed with the needle tips facing upwards into autoclave carts. Robotic Autoclave Loading SystemThe Robotic Autoclave Loading System type HSR has been developed for integration in pharmaceutical nested syringe packaging lines. It consists of a conveyor track including four conveyor turntables and two 6-axis clean room robot cells for loading and unloading of the autoclave carts. The conveyor system interfaces with the autoclave loading and unloading stations. This Robotic Autoclave Loading System is offered as a turnkey solution, including interfacing support with the syringe nest conveyor, the autoclave loading and unloading stations, and the syringe tub discharge conveyor. |
