Stopper bag filling system

The Atec stopper and cap bag filling systems are used for sterile transfer of pharmaceutical closures into bags. Stopper and cap bagging systems are available through the Stedim Biosteam ports or the Atec automated bag filling systems.

Stedim Biosteam Port:

The Stedim Biosteam port allows a direct transfer of stoppers or caps from the Atec process vessel into bags. This equipment includes an Atec adapter for the Stedim Biosteam port, for the existing Atec process vessel and a false container.

Atec Automated Bag Filling Systems:

For the transfer of stoppers or caps into bags, Atec developped an automated bag filling system.
The bags are held with vacuum at the equipment. Stoppers or caps are dosed with a vibrational chute into the bags. The dosing of stoppers or caps is controlled by weight. At the end of the process, the bags are welded automatically. The Atec bag filling equipment can also be adapted to be used for other stopper processing systems (IE: Smeja machines).
